Small Tweaks (newborn-6 year old)

If you are experiencing a minor problem or a one-off sleep issue, and you need to speak to a professional to help you find your feet with things, this is the perfect way to get some quick fire advice on any doubt you have. Sometimes a small tweak can be game changer!

I will answear any questions about your baby sleep, help you to move forward and give you my tips to avoid sleep challenges in the future.

Home Consultation (London residents only)

If you are feeling lost and you think you would feel more reassured by in person support, I offer home visits for all London residents. I will meet you in your comfort zone, have the chance to meeting your little one and experiencing your issue firsthand, and show you (rather than tell) what are the adjustments we can make and how we will work together on your little one’s sleep.
