Hello, I’m Ilaria
I am a gentle Infant Sleep Coach, and the mum of a lovely little girl.
Having my own daughter crying all day and all night in the first weeks of her life, refusing naps, waking up every hour or two crying for a feed, or getting up for the day very early in the morning, made me understand how difficult it is to ensure that everyone in the family has enough sleep and stays healthy.
Everybody told me it was going to be hard to be a mum, but I never believed I could nearly lose my mind trying to keep myself (and my family) together. I realised how tough it can be facing a sleep challenge and how lost you can feel sometimes.
If you feel stressed or anxious, if you are exhausted and you feel you have reached your breaking point, if sleep deprivation is compromising your relationship and social life, and you are overwhelmed with friends’ advice or sleep guidance from the web that only confuse you, please know that you are not alone.
